A Spine Surgical Camp was successfully organized at Swami Vivekanand Charitable Hospital, Dharamwala, from *2 October to 4 October 2026. The camp was jointly organized with the support of **The Spine Foundation, Mumbai; Hope Foundation, Dehradun; and Swami Vivekanand Health Mission Society*. During the camp, a team of specialist doctors successfully performed a total of *7 highly complex and challenging spine surgeries*. These included advanced surgical procedures for stabilizing the upper vertebrae, controlling progressive spinal deformities in children, complex cervical spine surgery, relieving pressure on nerves in the lumbar spine, and revision surgery for complications following previous spinal surgery. In particular, an *Occipito-Cervical Fusion* was successfully performed on a *10-year-old boy suffering from C1–C2 Atlanto-Axial Dislocation, while an **Anterior Cervical Fusion Surgery* was successfully performed on a patient with an old and neglected *C5 Cervical Spine Trauma*. Such complex and rare cervical spine surgeries require a high level of expertise, an experienced surgical team, and specialized medical facilities, and are not routinely performed even at large hospitals. The successful completion of these *7 highly complex spine surgeries at Dharamwala* is a significant achievement for the hospital. Normally, such complex procedures may involve expenses running into several lakhs of rupees. However, through this camp, patients were provided access to advanced and specialized surgical care at a *very affordable and significantly reduced cost*. The surgical team comprising *Dr. Abhay Nene, Dr. Tejaswi Agrawal, Dr. Nripam Mehta, and Dr. Pranit* made a valuable contribution to the successful procedures. The anaesthesia team, comprising *Dr. C. B. Verma and Dr. Ankit Verma, also played a crucial role. The surgeries were successfully completed with the active support and coordination of the **trained OT staff of Swami Vivekanand Charitable Hospital, Dharamwala*. The successful outcome of these complex surgeries was the result of the collective efforts and excellent teamwork of the specialist surgeons, anaesthesia team, and OT staff. The camp was an important initiative towards providing *advanced, specialized, and affordable spine care to patients in need
